QUWWAT WATAD Group (مجموعة قوة وتد), operated by Quwwat Watad Establishment for Holding and Organizing Exhibitions (مؤسسة قوة وتد لإقامة وتنظيم المعارض), is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its online platform and keeping their personal data confidential, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, foremost the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.

1. 1. Data collection

   We collect only the data needed to provide our services. Depending on the service, this may include name, contact details, city, qualifications and professional experience, photos, legally required documents and event registration data. Forms indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional.

2. 2. Use of data

   Data is used to manage registration and joining requests, verify qualifications, communicate with applicants, nominate personnel for organizing opportunities, manage events, and fulfil contractual and legal obligations, each on the appropriate legal basis. Data is not used for marketing messages without separate consent where the law requires it.

   The Group takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or unlawful use, and restricts access according to actual business need.

   The Group does not sell personal data, and discloses it only to the extent necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations, or to authorized technical service providers and contracted parties, subject to the applicable legal controls.

   Data is stored securely for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, in line with approved retention periods and legal obligations, and is then securely destroyed once no longer needed, unless there is a legal basis to retain it.

   Subject to the law, data subjects have the right to know how their data is processed, request access to it and obtain a copy, correct or update it, request its destruction, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing, through the official contact channels.

7. 7. Technical services

   The Group may use technical service providers to host the platform and store and operate data, observing information security and data protection requirements and the legal controls on transferring data outside the Kingdom where applicable.

   The Group may update this policy in line with regulations and operational changes, publishing the updated version and notifying data subjects of material changes where required.
